Four teams played until in Gruppspel; J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 1 won over Kløfta Jente 14 J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 by 17-0, J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 2 won over Elverum Fotball J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 1 Elverum 1 by 2-1, J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 3 won over Aurskog/Finstadbru J14 - født etter 1.1.2005 2 by 4-1 and J15 - født etter 1.1.2004 1 won over Vålerenga Fotball - Ajara N. by 2-1.

In addition to this, Heming, IL have participated in LSK Nattcup Jenter before. During LSK Nattcup Jenter 2018, Heming, had three teams playing in J13 - født etter 1.1.2005, J14 - født etter 1.1.2004 and J15 - født etter 1.1.2003 respectively. The team in J15 - født etter 1.1.2003 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Rælingen RØD by 0-1.

Heming, comes from Oslo which lies approximately 20 km from Lillestrøm, where LSK Nattcup Jenter takes place. The area around Oslo does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during LSK Nattcup Jenter 2019 (Among others: Kløfta Jente 14, Vålerenga Fotball, Ullensaker/Kisa, Sørumsand, Korsvoll IL, Lillestrøm, Skedsmo, Kløfta, Kolbotn IL and Fjellhamar).
